และพระองค์ตรัสกับยูดาห์ว่า “ให้เราทั้งหลายสร้างหัวเมืองเหล่านี้ ล้อมด้วยกำแพง หอคอย ประตูเมือง และดาน แผ่นดินยังเป็นของเรา เพราะเราได้แสวงหาพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของเรา เราได้แสวงหาพระองค์ และพระองค์ได้ทรงประทานการหยุดพักสงบทุกด้าน” เขาทั้งหลายจึงสร้างและจำเริญขึ้น
