Sapagka't ang pangulo ng Siria ay ang Damasco, at ang pangulo ng Damasco ay ang Rezin: at sa loob ng anim na pu't limang taon ay magkakawatakwatak ang Ephraim, upang huwag maging bayan:Ko e veesi ni 'i he māmani mo'oni
