เพราะฉะนั้น ท่านผู้มีความเข้าใจ ขอฟังข้าพเจ้า เมินเสียเถิดที่พระเจ้าจะทรงกระทำความชั่ว และที่องค์ผู้ทรงมหิทธิฤทธิ์จะทรงกระทำความชั่วช้า
