หากคนใดจะเที่ยวไปโดยมีนิสัยหลอกลวงและมุสาว่า “เราจะพยากรณ์ให้ท่านฟังเรื่องเหล้าองุ่นและเมรัย” เขาจะเป็นผู้พยากรณ์ของชนชาตินี้ได้ละ
