ฝ่ายเราบอกท่านทั้งหลายว่า ผู้ใดโกรธพี่น้องของตนโดยไม่มีเหตุ ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกพิพากษาลงโทษ ถ้าผู้ใดจะพูดกับพี่น้องว่า ‘อ้ายบ้า’ ผู้นั้นต้องถูกนำไปที่ศาลสูงให้พิพากษาลงโทษ และผู้ใดจะว่า ‘อ้ายโง่’ ผู้นั้นจะมีโทษถึงไฟนรก
