ถ้าชายคนใดคนหนึ่งหลับนอนกับผู้ชายด้วยกันเหมือนอย่างที่เขาหลับนอนกับผู้หญิง ทั้งสองคนก็ได้กระทำสิ่งที่น่าสะอิดสะเอียน ทั้งสองคนนั้นจะต้องถูกประหารให้ตายอย่างแน่นอน ให้โลหิตของผู้นั้นตกอยู่บนผู้นั้นเอง
