ถ้าผู้ใดเข้านอนกับผู้หญิงที่เป็นทาสี ที่ชายอีกคนหนึ่งสู่ขอไว้แล้วแต่ยังมิได้ไถ่ถอนหรือปล่อยเป็นอิสระ ต้องลงโทษเธอ แต่อย่าให้ถึงตาย เพราะว่าทาสีนั้นยังไม่เป็นอิสระ
