พระองค์จะทรงวินิจฉัยระหว่างบรรดาประชาชาติ และจะทรงตำหนิชนชาติทั้งหลายเป็นอันมาก และเขาทั้งหลายจะตีดาบของเขาให้เป็นผาลไถนา และหอกของเขาให้เป็นขอลิด ประชาชาติจะไม่ยกดาบต่อสู้กันอีก เขาจะไม่ศึกษายุทธศาสตร์อีกต่อไป
