ท่านทั้งหลายจงเชื่อฟังและยอมอยู่ในโอวาทของคนเหล่านั้นที่ปกครองท่าน ด้วยว่าท่านเหล่านั้นคอยระวังดูจิตวิญญาณของท่าน เหมือนกับผู้ที่จะต้องรายงาน เพื่อเขาจะได้ทำการนี้ด้วยความชื่นใจ ไม่ใช่ด้วยความเศร้าใจ เพราะที่ทำดังนั้นก็จะไม่เป็นประโยชน์อะไรแก่ท่านทั้งหลาย
