ท่านจะยืนยันพันธสัญญากับคนเป็นอันมากอยู่หนึ่งสัปดาห์ และในระหว่างกลางสัปดาห์นั้นท่านจะกระทำให้การถวายสัตวบูชา และเครื่องบูชาอื่นๆหยุดไป และเพราะเหตุมีความสะอิดสะเอียนแพร่กระจายไปทั่ว ท่านจะกระทำให้มันร้างเปล่าจนสำเร็จเสร็จสิ้น และสิ่งที่กำหนดไว้จะถูกเทลงเหนือผู้ที่ร้างเปล่านั้น”
