Ganito ang sabi ni Ciro na hari sa Persia: Lahat ng kaharian sa lupa ay ibinigay sa akin ng Panginoon, ng Dios ng langit; at kaniyang binilinan ako na ipagtayo siya ng isang bahay sa Jerusalem, na nasa Juda.
