Psalms 33:9

For He hath said, and it is, He hath commanded, and it standeth.

Ko e veesi ni 'i he māmani mo'oni

'I he ngaahi lea fē

צָוָהtsâvâh(intensively) to constitute, enjoin
אָמַרʼâmarto say (used with great latitude)

Ko e ngaahi lea faka-Hepelū mo e faka-Kalisi 'oku tu'u 'i he tu'a 'o e veesi ni. 'E ha'u 'a e fakahoa lea-ki-he-lea mo e liliu lea-ki-he-lea.
