Pagkatapos tumawid si Jehoram kasama ang kaniyang mga pinuno at lahat ng kaniyang mga karwahe. Nangyari ito nang siya ay nagising sa gabi at sinalakay at tinalo ang mga Edomita, na pumaligid sa kaniya at ang mga pinuno ng mga karwahe.
