นครนั้นได้เย่อหยิ่งจองหองและมีชีวิตอย่างหรูหรามากเท่าใด ก็จงให้นครนั้นได้รับการทรมานและความระทมทุกข์มากเท่านั้น เพราะว่านครนั้นทะนงใจว่า ‘เราดำรงอยู่ในตำแหน่งราชินี ไม่ใช่หญิงม่าย เราจะไม่ประสบความระทมทุกข์เลย’
