ถ้าผู้ใดปล่อยให้สัตว์กินของในนา หรือในสวนองุ่นเสียไป หรือปล่อยสัตว์ของตน แล้วมันไปกินในนาของผู้อื่น เขาต้องให้ค่าชดใช้ โดยให้ของที่ดีที่สุดในนาของตน และของที่ดีที่สุดในสวนองุ่นของตนเป็นค่าเสียหาย
