ถ้าผู้ใดล่อลวงหญิงพรหมจารีที่ยังไม่มีคู่หมั้นและนอนร่วมกับหญิงนั้น ผู้นั้นจะต้องเสียเงินสินสอด และต้องรับหญิงนั้นเป็นภรรยาของตน
