ฉะนั้นบัดนี้จงรีบส่งคนไปกราบทูลดาวิดว่า ‘คืนวันนี้อย่าพักอยู่ที่ที่ราบในถิ่นทุรกันดาร อย่างไรก็จงให้เสด็จข้ามไปเสีย เกรงว่ากษัตริย์และประชาชนทั้งสิ้นที่อยู่กับพระองค์จะถูกกลืนไปหมด’”
